Prothane Urethane Bushes are Ideal For Race and Rally Use

Prothane Poly-urethane mountings are an economical method of improving the resilience of the engine and suspension to movement. On suspension this improves the control and directional stability. These bushes have a shore hardness of approximately 95 compared to the O.E. of 50-55, hence they can make the ride feel fairly harsh. Similarly the urethane engine mounts transmit significantly more engine vibration to the interior of the vehicle. All Prothane bushes are impervious to oil or fuel damage.
